MCD have recently acquired Chet Valley Medical Practice, a large modern detached GP Surgery and Dental Practice in the rural village of Loddon, close to Norwich. The GPs provide primary care and dispensary services to approximately 9,000 patients from the surrounding area and are a training practice for students from University of East Anglia Medical School.

The building has a BREEAM “Excellent” rating and was originally developed in 2011 by the GPs.

This exciting acquisition forms part of MCD’s current and growing long term sustainable income strategy supporting primary care and other NHS and healthcare providers.
