We have recently agreed to extend the lease of the Mountcastle Surgery, Edinburgh for another 20 years.

As part of the extension, we are undertaking some refurbishment works to ensure that the building remains fit-for-purpose for another 20 years. The refurbishment works include new LED lighting and replacement of existing heating and cooling to reception and waiting areas with a new efficient variable refrigeration flow (VRF) system, repair and cleaning of the roof surfaces and cladding, replacement of carpets with vinyl in all clinical areas, fire safety improvement works to doors as well as general repairs to both the interior and exterior of the building.

The works have now commenced, and are due to be completed in early 2025 (let’s hope the Scottish weather is kind to us during the construction works!).
