MCD has completed a major extension for its Drayton Medical Centre GPs and ahead of programme.

The new extension almost doubles the size of the surgery, adding 560m2 of floor space, as well as significant additional car parking. The multi-million-pound investment delivers extra capacity for the Practice to deliver their contractual services, to an expanding local population and a new long-term lease has been agreed, in parallel.

The development delivers sustainable benefits with the inclusion of solar panels, electric vehicle charging and air-source heat pumps with the new, expanded surgery achieving an EPC ‘A’ rating.
